  • We work with sensitive data every day and risk permeates our business. Clients provide us with deep access to their infrastructure and data in our day-to-day work. It is critical that we treat their data with due care, that they trust us to do so, and our interactions support this.
  • Trust is critical with each other as well. Our teams are small and highly autonomous, working 1-1 with client team members to deliver projects. In this environment we must trust each other to deliver.
